Hostel Details

Our 80 bed hostel can cater for groups in a range of twin/double, triple, 4 bed private, 5 bed and 6 bed dormitory bedrooms. We also have a conference room which can fit up to 60 pax theatre style and a full restaurant service for groups. Our dining room can sit up to 60 people at any one sitting. Private ensuite rooms are available for teachers/leaders. Sole use of the building is available for large groups who wish to have the premises to themselves, functions, weddings and special occasion events. For a special occasion even please contact our Events Manager Michellle hostel@knockreehostel.com.

For all other group bookings please email groups@anoige.ie and we will help co-ordinate your group and your group requirements as best we can to help you.

We also have an Adventure Centre, EcoAdventure Ireland where we can cater for school tours/youth and group activities. Activities include Pony Trekking (suitable for up to 12 years old only), Mountain Biking, Archery, Orienteering, Target Shooting, Nightline, Basic Survival Training and Team Tasks. We also offer ecology field study days and geography river studies as part of the school cirriculum. Directions

Bus:	Get to Bray (from Dublin via D.A.R.T.). From Bray station, take bus 185 (€ 1.70 correct change only), all the way to last stop, "Shop River" (note: no actual shop there... ask driver). Get off the bus; keep walking (same direction as the bus was going). Turn left at Hostel sign, continue, and then take next sharp right turn at Hostel sign. Continue for approx 1 mile until you find our hostel on right-hand side. Walking time approx. 40 mins. Alternatively (slightly cheaper - takes longer) you could take bus 44C from Dublin all the way to Enniskerry town centre, then change to the 185 bus there.
Parking:	We have full car parking facilities at the back of the hostel.
Location:	We are located 5km from Enniskerry Village, Co Wicklow Travelling By Car: From Dublin, go towards Bray on the N11. Turn off direction of Enniskerry. Once in Enniskerry town centre, go up the Glencree Road, continue approx. 3 miles. Turn left at Hostel sign, continue, and then take next sharp right turn at Hostel sign. Continue for approx 1 mile until you find our hostel on right-hand side. We have full car and coach parking facilities at the back of the hostel.
Airport:	Dublin Airport is the closest airport and is approx 1 hours drive from the hostel
